Dog-friendly Accommodations
M Hotel Buffalo is dog friendly. We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your dog. There is a non-refundable ‘Pet Fee’ of $50.00 per day, per dog, and after the 4th day there is no charge, if the stay extends to the 5th day and beyond there will not be subject to an additional daily pet fee. Instead, there will be a nonrefundable $150 deep cleaning fee applied at the end of the stay. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies as outlined in the ‘Pet Acceptance Agreement” apply to your pet’s stay, which must be signed upon check-in. Also, upon check-in, your credit card will be authorized for an additional $150.00 for pet incidentals.
*Dogs can not be left unaccommodated in the building. All dogs must be on a leash and attended by the owner in all public areas. Any cleaning fees or issues with the dog will be a minimal penalty of $250.
*Cats and other animals are not accepted at the M Hotel Buffalo.

Dog Acceptance Agreement
Welcome to the M Hotel Buffalo! We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet. There is a non-refundable ‘Pet Fee’ of $50.00 per day, per dog, and after the 4th day there is no longer a daily charge. On the 5th day and beyond there will not be an additional daily pet fee. Instead, there will be a nonrefundable $150 deep cleaning fee applied at the end of the stay. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet’s stay. We have adopted this pet policy that allows your dog to stay on property under the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptable Pets
We welcome all well-mannered dogs (no other animals). The hotel reserves the right to implement a weight limit of 60 pounds per dog. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pets that display dangerous or unacceptable behavior including but not limited to biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas. No more than TWO (2) pets may occupy a guest room. Each guest is responsible for all charges related to the removal of his/her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
2. Pet Friendly Area
Dogs are allowed only in the following areas: Guest room(s) and the “designated dog area” outside the hotel on the northside. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacles provided.
3. Dog Control/ Containment in Public Areas
Dogs must be leashed or caged, and firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel, including the walk areas outside. Dogs are not allowed in the food & beverage areas or conference rooms at any time, except for assistance pets or service animals.
4. “Pet in Room” Sign
Please place the “Pet in Room” sign on the outside of your door whenever your pet is in your room.
5. Housekeeping
For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will only enter your room if (A) your dog is NOT present, (B) you are present and can monitor your dog or (C) your dog is in a secured crate.
For any guest staying 7 days or more, there will be a non-refundable $150 deep cleaning fee applied at the end of the stay.
6. Damage to Guests Rooms and Common Areas
Your account will be charged accordingly for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your dog. This fee could be any amount up to or above $250. There will be a $150.00 Fee associated with any need to relocate other guests due to excessive noise or failure to comply with any aspects of this agreement. Your Credit Card will be Authorized for $150.00 upon check-in for incidentals and may be refunded after your room is inspected after Check-out.
7. Release and Indemnification
The guest agrees to release, defend, and indemnify the M Hotel Buffalo, Rudra Mgmt. Company and each of their respective directors, members, officers, employees, subsidiaries, successors and beneficiaries from any and all claims or damages related to your pet or your pet’s stay at the M Hotel Buffalo Cheektowaga NY including any claims by the third parties.
